Our doctors work closely with our patients' primary care physicians, to ensure continuity and maintain a high level of care.

Patient and staff education is very important for preventative care as well as to achieve the best treatment outcomes. At Mobile Podiatric Medicine our doctors enjoy educating whenever possible. We can set up in-service lectures for your staff or patient education talks on a number of topics relating to foot health. Some topics include: wound care treatments, preventative foot care, proper and protective foot wear, and maintaining mobility and health. With electronic medical records, infection prevention protocols and over 18 years of experience, Mobile Podiatric Medicine has the professionalism to add to the high standards of your facility. We provide clear progress notes and concise orders, which are delivered in a timely manner to keep charting complete. Our doctors work closely with your nursing staff, aides and administration to provide the best possible experience for your facility and its residents. We set up regular podiatry visits and coordinate them with your staff, to make the delivery of care a seamless and pleasant experience. We also perform follow-up visits as needed for more complex foot problems or treatments that require more frequent monitoring.

Meet Our Doctors
Dr. Vernon E. Reyes specializes in biomechanics, sports medicine and foot and ankle surgery. He received his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from the California College of Podiatric Medicine. He then completed a two year residency at New York College of Podiatric Medicine followed by a two year surgical residency at the City of Angels Medical Center/Baja Project for Crippled Children, where he served as the Chief Resident. He was responsible for running a podiatry clinic in Mexicali, Mexico & coordinating multiple surgical mission trips into El Salvador & Honduras. In 2005, he established Mobile Podiatric Medicine, PLLC to serve the elderly community in numerous facilities in Fayette and Harris counties. After working in a group practice at Memorial Hermann-Southwest for several years, he began private practice, at Memorial Podiatry, PLLC, which services the Memorial area of Houston. He is a Christian and enjoys playing golf and snow-boarding with his family. He also enjoys TRX workouts, along with a holistic approach to nutrition and wellness.
Dr. Natalie R. Diers specializes in wound care, podiatric dermatology and foot and ankle surgery. She is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine. She completed a surgical residency in Los Angeles, California at Midway Hospital Medical Center/Baja Project for Crippled Children and spent countless hours of training on surgical medical mission trips to Mexico, El Salvador, and Honduras. She then completed a Podiatric Medicine and Surgical Residency at Kingwood Medical Center in Harris County. Her private practice office, Memorial Podiatry, PLLC, was established in 2009 and services the Memorial area of Houston. She enjoys health and wellness and strives to include it in her practice of podiatric medicine. In her spare time, she enjoys golfing, snow skiing and TRX workouts.
Community Involvement
Over 7,000 Houstonians descended upon Discovery Green in downtown Houston, TX on May 16, 2015, for the 15th Annual "Making Strides Against Breast Cancer" Houston 5K Walk. Mobile Podiatric Medicine & Memorial Podiatry volunteered in the First Aid Tent to help provide foot care. It was a great turn-out as we helped celebrate cancer survivorship and raise awareness for breast cancer research. #StayMobileForLife and let's keep making strides to find a cure!

We had a great turn-out as Mobile Podiatric Medicine & Memorial Podiatry participated at the 22nd Annual Senior Health & Fitness day. It was held at the Fitness & Recreation Center of Houston's First Baptist Church on May 27, 2015. Our doctors helped seniors #StayMobileForLife by providing gait analysis and fall prevention assessments. They also discussed the importance of accommodative/supportive shoes and custom functional foot orthotics.
